A development

Well it’s official. Plantar fasciitis, bilateral, mostly in my left foot but also a touch of it in my right. Prescribed physical therapy three times a week for six weeks. X-rays and foot alignment looked great.

Everything is on hold and delayed.

The surgeon said that, in her opinion, I would just be sabotaging my hike if I tried it now without treatment.
